General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The GDPR regulates the collection, use and protection of data and replaces Portuguese legislation on data protection, harmonising the use and protection of data across the countries of the European Union. Since 25 May 2018, every organisation that collects personal information from any EU resident has to comply with a number of requirements.

Why does this matter so much to Blue Heaven Portugal and to our clients?

The GDPR requires Blue Heaven Portugal to put communication procedures with our clients in place, in addition to our existing privacy policy, in particular regarding data collection:

When you voluntarily register on our website, your information is only accessed by our own services and is therefore confidential.

As personal information we consider anything that can identify a user, such as name, email and phone number, which allows us to get in touch only when necessary.

The IP addresses that visit our website are recorded only for statistical traffic analysis. The data provided will not be transferred to third parties, although it may be used for possible marketing campaigns by Blue Heaven Portugal.

Updating your information:
If at any moment you wish to stop communication with us, simply send an email to info@blueheavenportugal.com. Correcting or updating your data is also possible through the same channel.
